Andre communicated well leading up to the start date and was very helpful obtaining samples of the metal and a standard composite roof to get HOA approval. Communication while in progress was good. The metal took longer to install than a standard composite, a heads up would have been nice, but it was not a big problem. Crew and clean up were good. Overall a very good experience."
